Strata management
Strata management is a comprehensive service designed to assist developers and owners from conception of the development to project completion, including the hand over of units to owners and managing the development for the owners’ association.
Our aim is to provide a cost effective service in the following areas:
- strata consulting – a review of the project to date and preparation of the JOP Declaration which is the key document for registration
- compliance with all RERA or other government regulations
- forming the Interim Owners’ Association
- insurance valuation (independent assessment of replacement value)
- capital reserve fund calculation
- managing the Interim Owners’ Association
